Object: To Investigate the treatment of Raynaud´s syndrome(RS)succeeded Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) with finger tip ulcer and pain.

目的：探讨难治性少见病例——系统性红斑狼疮继发雷诺综合征，指端溃疡疼痛的治疗方法。

Conclusion: Fu´s Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of this case. Fu´s Acupuncture´s immediate effect is concerned with defensive Qi.

结论：浮针疗法对本例雷诺综合征指端溃疡疼痛有很好的疗效，其镇痛作用迅速与振奋慓疾滑利之“卫气”有关。
