结果本组39例尿潴留的患者，其中37例经实施护理后，均自行排尿，2例经诱导无效行导尿术排尿。

Conclusion For retention in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia catheterization, conventional use of tetracaine mortar is good.

结论建议在前列腺增生尿潴留患者导尿术中常规使用盐酸丁卡因胶浆。
